Job Summary: Professional to provide corporate support to certified units, lead audits and investigations, and manage the Integrated Management System, preparing reports and coordinating with teams. Management of the Integrated Management System and documentation **We count on you to** * **Main responsibilities:** * + Provide corporate support to the 32 certified units in Brazil. + Prepare for and accompany external, internal, and legal requirement audits (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001\). + Consolidate and analyze indicators using Power BI. + Support the transition of the Tekbond Integrated Management System to Construction Solutions, including scope expansion of the IMS and new certifications for Construction Solutions. + Lead investigations into nonconformities, environmental incidents, and safety incidents, applying methodologies such as 5 Whys and Ishikawa, among others. + Manage change initiatives for new projects within the area. + Prepare managerial reports and presentations for senior leadership based on IMS data and trends. + Manage IMS documentation, policies, and procedures. + Influence and coordinate with IMS analysts at the units (leadership through influence). * **Expected daily routine:** * + Close indicators and reports. + Prepare presentations and committee meetings. + Monitor overdue and expired actions. + Support units in IMS programs. + Frequent travel for audits and on-site follow-up across various plants (e.g., Belém, Camaçari, Bofete, Diadema, among others). **Is this role right for you?** **Academic requirements:** * **Minimum required qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in: * + Environmental Engineering + Production Engineering + Administration + Process Management + Related fields * **Preferred qualifications:** * + Lead Auditor certification. + Postgraduate studies in IMS. **Work format:** * Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). * Willingness to travel frequently is required. * Valid driver’s license is mandatory. **Required systems and tools:** * Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). * Power BI (for indicators and reports). * Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001\).
