Your passion, ownership mindset, accountability, and refusal to accept the status quo fuel our progress. **About the Area** We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our Shared Solutions Center (CSC), which delivers strategic services to multiple business units across the group. **Responsibilities and Duties** **On a day-to-day basis, you will focus on:** * Administering and supporting cloud environments, including Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Amazon Web Services (AWS). * Managing and maintaining directory services such as Active Directory and Entra ID. * Managing Office 365 products. * Administering virtualization environments with VMware and remote access solutions such as Citrix. * Implementing and maintaining monitoring systems to ensure infrastructure service availability and performance. * Participating in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects, aligning infrastructure solutions with business needs. * Ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency of IT environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we seek talents who have:** **** * Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, OCI, AWS). * Proficiency in Active Directory, Entra ID, VMware, and Citrix. * Advanced knowledge of Office 365\. * Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools. * Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary environments. * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. * Experience managing critical and high-availability environments; * Ability to operate in complex corporate environments with multiple stakeholders. **You may stand out if you have:** * Cloud and Microsoft certifications * Experience in CSC environments or organizations with shared IT structures; * Knowledge of ITIL practices and service management. * Knowledge and experience operating in SOX-compliant environments **Additional Information** **We offer a competitive fixed and variable compensation package, along with a comprehensive set of benefits—here are some examples:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Competitive VA and VR allowances aligned with market standards * Pharmacy assistance * Family leave and Ultra Family Kit: 180 days of maternity leave and 20 days of paternity leave; Mom-and-baby kit * Daycare assistance: 24 months of reimbursement for mothers and fathers * Assistance for children with disabilities * Gympass * Private pension plan * Postgraduate and language programs, plus educational partnerships * Health and wellness programs, quick massage, and workplace gymnastics For us, strong values, unquestionable ethics, and a purpose that guides every decision are essential.
