Being DHL means maximizing your capabilities.**Job Description** --------------------- Analyze and manage Recruitment & Selection demands, focusing on high-volume and rapid-execution processes—including temporary workforce management and large-scale hiring—while conducting end-to-end selection processes based on competency-based recruitment, ensuring agility, quality, and accuracy in hiring; monitor market trends; propose continuous process improvements; and ensure alignment with business needs and best practices in talent attraction and selection.**Requirements** -------------- Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; experience in Recruitment & Selection, preferably handling high-volume positions; experience in large-scale hiring and managing temporary staff; intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; knowledge of R&S metrics (time-to-fill, number of open positions, etc.); willingness to work in Cajamar; dynamism, proactivity, strong communication skills, and sense of urgency.**Responsibilities** --------------------- Lead end-to-end Recruitment & Selection processes; handle high-volume hiring while ensuring agility and quality in hiring decisions; align candidate profiles with managers and define attraction strategies; conduct resume screening, competency-based interviews, and manage selection stages; oversee large-scale hiring processes and administration of temporary staff; track R&S metrics and propose continuous process improvements; leverage diverse recruitment sources and monitor market trends; ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the entire process.
