**Senior Financial Planning Analyst**
Work model: 100% on-site in Campinas/SP.
Company: CPFL Energia Renováveis SA (H005\)
**Prerequisites:**
* Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
* Experience preparing managerial reports and financial indicators;
* Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar);
* Intermediate English for report writing;
* Availability for 100% on-site work in Campinas/SP.
**Brief Description:**
Contribute to operational stages of strategic projects led by the Finance Directorate—proposing solutions and monitoring deadlines and deliverables; prepare managerial reports and executive presentations; create and enhance financial indicators for the area; conduct financial analyses and feasibility studies using comparative models, technical assumptions, and risk mapping; identify and implement operational improvements based on critical-point analysis and collaboration with partner departments, as well as perform other related and inherent duties.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Contribute to operational stages of strategic projects led by the Finance Directorate—proposing solutions and monitoring deadlines and deliverables to ensure effective execution of initiatives aligned with departmental goals.
* Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations using comparative analyses and interpretation of financial data to support leadership with relevant information for decision-making.
* Create and enhance financial indicators for the area based on methodological reviews, goal tracking, and critical analysis of results—aiming to promote more efficient, data-driven management.
* Conduct financial analyses and feasibility studies using comparative models, technical assumptions, and risk mapping to propose initiatives that optimize the company’s financial resource utilization.
* Identify and implement operational improvements based on critical-point analysis and interaction with partner departments—with a focus on automation, process standardization, and efficiency gains.
* Monitor financial market trends through research on emerging technologies, regulations, and business models to assess their strategic impact and anticipate corporate movements.
