Job Summary: Senior Azure DevOps professional responsible for implementing and evolving continuous delivery pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and production operations in a Multi-Region environment. Provisioning and maintenance of Azure resources using Terraform and ARM/Bicep. **What We're Looking For:** =================== A professional who works as a **Senior Azure DevOps**, with availability for remote work. **Responsibilities:** * Azure Multi-Region DevOps, responsible for implementing and evolving continuous delivery pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and production operations to support the new region; * Focus on automation, governance, security, observability, and business continuity, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant deployments across regions; * Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure in a Multi-Region environment, including deployment automation, automated testing, production validation, and rollback strategies; * Provision and maintain Azure resources using Terraform and ARM/Bicep, with versioning, template reuse, and cross-region environment management; * Manage environment configurations and deployments using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, integrating policy and compliance validation; * Configure and operate observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, dashboards, and alerts—with attention to operational cost management; * Implement security controls in pipelines and infrastructure: Zero Trust, RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud; * Configure and operate networks and connectivity between regions: VNet, VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, and VPN Gateway with high-availability strategies; * Participate in planning, configuration, and execution of DR/BCP tests across regions: replication, failover, and rehearsals; * Maintain up-to-date documentation of deployment standards, security policies, and operational procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** =============================== * DevOps and cloud infrastructure experience. * Hands-on Azure experience with CI/CD pipelines in production environments using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions; * Experience with IaC: Terraform or ARM/Bicep in Azure environments; * Familiarity with security practices in pipelines and infrastructure (RBAC, Key Vault, Managed Identities); * Preferred: participation in projects focused on high availability, DR, or Multi-Region environments; * Implementation and operation of Multi-Region CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, including deployment automation, testing, and rollback; IaC with Terraform and ARM/Bicep for provisioning Azure resources, with versioning and cross-region environment management; * Configuration and operation of observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights; * Security in pipelines and infrastructure: RBAC, Managed Identities, Key Vault, Azure Policy, and Defender for Cloud. * Configuration of Azure networks across regions: VNet Peering, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, and failover strategies; * Participation in DR/BCP projects: data replication, failover, and rehearsal execution; * Containers and orchestration with AKS, serverless, and microservices patterns on Azure; * Hybrid and Multi-Region governance with Azure Arc DevSecOps: code scanning, SBOM, SCA, and integrated security testing in pipelines; * Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid architectures (Azure + AWS/GCP); * Advanced automation using PowerShell and Azure CLI, including runbooks and incident response automation; * Bonus: Recommended certifications: AZ-400 (preferred) and AZ-104 (preferred); AZ-500 (bonus). **Behavioral Description:** ============================= We are looking for someone who: * Enjoys working in teams and is **collaborative** in their responsibilities; * Has **courage** to challenge themselves and go beyond, embracing new growth opportunities; * Transforms ideas into **creative solutions** and pursues quality in all daily activities; * Possesses strong **problem-solving skills**; * Is skilled and comfortable working independently and **managing their own time**; * Is interested in tackling technologically **adverse and innovative** situations.
