THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1\.3\. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution will be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of SEST SENAT's Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety)
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee.
2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates declining the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.

**Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction aligned with institutional educational pillars in the occupational safety field, while facilitating students' learning process in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**

**EDUCATION:**
Completed undergraduate degree.
Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or;
b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion).
OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN COURSE\*\* .\*\*

a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course.
AT LEAST ONE OF THE REGULATORY STANDARDS (NR) COURSES: NR5, NR10, NR11, NR12, NR20, NR33, NR35\.

VALID BRAZILIAN DRIVER'S LICENSE (CNH) – CATEGORY B, D, OR E (AT LEAST ONE IN ANY OF THESE CATEGORIES).

FORKLIFT OPERATOR COURSE

**EXPERIENCE:**
Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety regulatory standards.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via:
a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of activities performed;
b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the targeted position (only if CTPS registration title matches the requirement stated in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.

**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
