Job Summary: The CN aims to deliver the most suitable value proposition to customers, expanding their connections with additional services and providing an enchanting experience. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on customer relationship and experience The CN must consult customers’ needs and offer the most suitable value proposition; Expand customers’ opportunities to connect with additional services so they can fully enjoy what they love in life; Convey to customers that a solution is always available; Build relationships and deliver an enchanting experience in every customer interaction. **Requirements:** · Completed High School education; · Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; · Sales and customer service experience is desirable; · Familiarity with sales targets and performance metrics is a plus; · Experience in telecommunications is a plus; · Knowledge of Android and iOS systems is a plus. Responsibilities * Provide in-person or online customer service using official company tools, in a consultative manner to identify needs and offer a unique value proposition; * Conduct product and service demonstrations, clarifying questions regarding specifications to provide greater confidence for the customer’s decision-making; * Sell products (mobile phones and accessories) and services (plans and digital services), aligned with customer needs and following company procedures and guidelines; * Support customers in resolving issues related to Vivo’s services; * Promote product and service offers and actively attract new customers; * Establish and foster customer relationships, reflecting one’s personal brand aligned with Vivo’s DNA to maintain this bond; * Take ownership of organizing and maintaining workplace cleanliness; * Contribute to organizing customer flow and managing waiting lines in-store when necessary; * Arrange products in the display window and keep it organized according to company standards.
