Handle operational problem resolution and provide team support ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a Security Inspector responsible for conducting periodic patrols throughout company premises, monitoring internal movements, assisting with company operations, providing daily guidance to employees, and supporting operational organization. The role also includes tracking incidents, supporting emergency situations, and assisting teams and visitors whenever necessary, ensuring a safe and organized environment. Key Responsibilities: * Support operational activities; * Assist in incident response and emergency situations; * Complete incident reports and records; * Ensure asset security and smooth operation of activities; * Conduct inspections and supervise activities performed by security teams at workstations/schools; * Supervise and guide employees on proper asset security procedures and access control; * Prepare incident, absenteeism, irregularity, and team performance reports; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, use of PPE, and internal company procedures; * Support onboarding and training of new security personnel; * Maintain direct contact with supervisors, team leads, and clients to align operational requirements; * Monitor shift schedules and operational routines, ensuring completion of assigned tasks; * Resolve operational problems and provide team support as needed. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience in security as an inspector is preferred; * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment; * Flexible availability; * Basic computer literacy; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Driver's license, Category B. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal Allowance; * Food Allowance; * Transportation Allowance (if opted); * Profit Sharing Program (PLR). ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
