Maintain a courteous and collaborative attitude with staff and children **Responsibilities of the School Cleaning Assistant** The School Cleaning Assistant is the professional responsible for ensuring the hygiene, organization, and preservation of school environments, contributing to a clean, welcoming, and safe space for students, staff, and visitors. **Main responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and disinfection of classrooms, restrooms, hallways, cafeterias, administrative areas, and other school facilities, following established safety and quality standards. * Restock cleaning supplies, toilet paper, liquid soap, and other shared-use items, reporting replenishment needs as required. * Ensure proper waste disposal, performing selective collection and keeping environments free of garbage and odors. * Maintain furniture, utensils, and equipment used during work, reporting damages or maintenance requirements. * Support school staff in organizing events, meetings, or pedagogical activities by preparing spaces as requested. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and proper use regulations for cleaning products, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary. * Maintain a courteous and collaborative attitude with staff and children, respecting the school environment as an educational space. * Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, demonstrating care for the space and responsibility in carrying out assigned duties. **Desired Profile:** A committed, organized, punctual professional with attention to detail, discretion, and willingness to work collaboratively, always focusing on the well\-being and safety of the school community.
