**What we expect from you:** * High school diploma. * Prior sales experience is considered a plus. * Availability to work on weekends and holidays. * Customer satisfaction orientation. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license. * Valid forklift operator certification. * Prior forklift operation experience. * SAP system experience is considered a plus. * Attention to detail, responsibility, caution, diligence, sense of urgency, and cooperation. **A day in the life of a Sales Advisor - Drive:** * Approaches customers, listens to them, and identifies their needs. * Presents solutions, closes sales, and builds close relationships with customers. * After serving customers, ensures CLB (full-clean-labeled) compliance and manages shelf space. * Drives both qualitative and quantitative performance results. * Operates forklifts and ensures safe movement of goods in the drive area. * Complies with SESMT regulations and all departmental procedures, prioritizing personal safety, colleagues’ safety, and customers’ safety.
