Chop, wash and organize fresh ingredients. Follow established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Assist in controlling and restocking ingredient inventory. Collaborate in the preparation of additional items for buffet or à la carte service. Strictly follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Perform other related tasks as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a Saladeiro(a) or in similar roles is valued. Knowledge of salad preparation techniques and ingredient organization. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under pressure. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
