We are looking for a **professional to join our team**, working as a **Root Pile Operator**. This position is responsible for operating drilling equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in the execution of root piles on construction sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate drilling rigs, especially the **CZM** model, for root pile installation; * Carry out drilling according to technical project specifications and engineering instructions; * Monitor equipment performance, identifying and reporting malfunctions; * Perform machine cleaning, lubrication, and basic preventive maintenance; * Ensure operational area safety and compliance with regulations; * Supervise cement grout injection processes, when required; * Lead and guide assistants and helpers during operations; * Record operational data and maintain clear communication with supervision and engineering teams. **Mandatory Requirements:** * High school education (minimum one year) or literacy (reading and writing); * Technical knowledge of **CZM** machines; * Valid driver’s license; * Willingness to travel; * Leadership mindset and strong communication skills. **Desirable Competencies:** * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Commitment to safety; * Proactivity and accountability; * Ability to perform physical labor in a construction site environment; * Proven experience as a root pile operator. **Working Conditions:** * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, **7:00 AM to 5:00 PM**; Friday, **7:00 AM to 4:00 PM**; * Travel and accommodation provided as required by the project. **Benefits:** * Health insurance; * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance.
