We are committed to building an increasingly diverse culture and value the inclusion of all individuals—regardless of color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability—fostering an inclusive environment with equitable opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the Quality Focal Point for the Unit, reporting to the Corporate Quality Management team, supporting data control and information reporting to management and the executive board; * Be responsible for managing the quality supervision team for plants and laboratories under the concession; * Oversee all implementation works in coordination with the Construction team (MOTIVA) to ensure service quality execution; * Validate the quality of services performed by contractors for service measurement purposes; * Manage construction inspection contracts; * Manage construction accreditation contracts with the granting authority; * Approve mix designs (concrete, mortar, granular mixtures, CBUQ, etc.) and rolling plans; * Approve project data books and mandatory quality-related documentation; * Ensure lessons learned are recorded and disseminated, building organizational know-how. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Experience in quality management for civil construction projects; Valid Brazilian driver’s license category “B” – willingness to travel; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Knowledge of Power BI; Willingness to work on-site in Londrina/PR **You’ll stand out if you have:** Postgraduate degree in Highways or Project Management; Experience in managing construction inspection and/or certification contracts. **Additional Information** By joining our integrated team, you’ll become part of a company operating across **13 Brazilian states**, moving thousands of people daily through comprehensive, impactful mobility solutions.
