




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for managing the team, ensuring operational excellence of the restaurant and customer satisfaction, as well as guaranteeing the proper functioning of the infrastructure. Restaurant operations management and maintenance. * Ensure talent development and retention through rigorous selection of new employees, performance monitoring, conflict management, and continuous feedback. * Pursue sales growth by correctly and consistently applying standardized service procedures and maintaining constant focus on service excellence and speed. * Guarantee operational excellence in the restaurant by developing efficient work schedules and time-off plans. * Ensure proper functioning of equipment and good maintenance condition of the restaurant by submitting maintenance requests, maintaining regular contact with the responsible team, and following up to ensure necessary services are performed. * Guarantee recovery of dissatisfied customers in accordance with brand protocols. \- Ensure implementation and follow-up of internal training programs and initiatives aimed at continuous development and brand pillars. * Requirements and qualifications: \- Completed high school education; Computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Mathematics and Portuguese / proficiency with numbers and text; \- Food Safety; \- Restaurant management; \- * Full availability to work on a 5x2 shift schedule; * Easy access to the location.
