




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to compile and analyze failure data, optimize maintenance strategy, and propose improvements for the company's asset portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a professional capable of compiling failure data, statistically analyzing it, and translating it into practical information for decision-making within the context of optimizing the company's asset portfolio maintenance strategy. Conducting analyses, evaluating cost\-benefit trade-offs among alternatives, and proposing improvements will be part of the professional's daily responsibilities. **Responsibilities and Duties** *Reliability: i) develop standards for asset hierarchy in SAP\-PM; ii) define guiding criteria for maintenance strategy; iii) structure metrics for calculating optimal spare parts inventory.* *Life Cycle Cost (LCC): lead LCC studies to maximize asset value, including calculation, modeling, and comparison of alternatives, considering CAPEX, OPEX, maintenance costs, failures, overhauls, and residual value, aligned with ISO 55\.001\ principles.* *Risk Management: manage the Generation risk map and monitor execution of mitigation actions by stakeholders.* *KPIs: calculate and report KPIs related to reliability and associated processes.* *Continuous Improvement: participate in process/system improvement initiatives based on Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.* **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering. * Specialization in Reliability Engineering or postgraduate studies in renewable energy generation will be considered advantageous. * Knowledge of Big Data and Data Science will also be considered advantageous. * Proven experience in Reliability Engineering. * *Experience with Asset Management Systems (ISO 55\.001\) and Risk Management (ISO 31\.000\).* * *Experience with renewable energy generation assets.* * *Specialization in Reliability Engineering and/or Asset Management.* * *Knowledge of Data Science and SAP\-PM.* * Advanced Office suite proficiency, including VBAs. * Willingness to travel (15% of time). * Valid driver's license (Class B). **Additional Information** Work Location: São Paulo/SP Facility: Corporate Office Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days onsite) At Auren Energia, we believe the future lies in innovative ideas, sustainable actions, and a more positive world; and what makes the difference in creating our synergy is who we go with!
