Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and as a receptionist. * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule Job Mission: Responsibilities: * Provide public service at the reception desk. * Create Patient Registration Forms in the system for medical consultations and nursing care. * Organize and forward daily to the billing department the ARs (Attendance Records). * Enter patient information into the system. * Contact family members as requested by physicians. * Provide necessary information during shift handovers, reporting critical cases documented in the incident logbook. * Respond to requests from physicians and nursing staff. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and procedures while performing duties, using designated personal protective equipment (PPE). * Comply with hospital infection control protocols and procedures. * Perform other related or inherent duties of the position, or as directed by supervisors. * Maintain organization, preservation, maintenance, and cleanliness of equipment, workplace, instruments, and materials used.
