Opportunities for development and growth in the automotive field We are looking for Quality Inspectors for our plant in Anápolis! Our quality team is collaborative and process-oriented, focused on continuous improvement, always striving for professional development and ensuring a safe and inclusive work environment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct quality inspections and tests on parts and vehicles at various stages of the production process (bodywork, painting, assembly, and testing). * Verify dimensions, torque specifications, and finishes using specialized tools and instruments, and ensure equipment integrity. * Perform line inspections, acting preventively to detect and resolve issues, and assist in investigating non-conformities. * Approve and release vehicles for subsequent stages and guarantee the quality of rework. * Complete production reports and feedback forms to support continuous process improvement. * Participate in non-conformity verification campaigns and collaborate on 5S and continuous improvement activities. Prior experience in this role or similar functions is desirable, including knowledge of mechanics, bodywork, and painting, as well as basic understanding of quality principles and automotive manufacturing processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Prior experience in quality inspection or in the automotive or industrial sector is desirable. * Knowledge of mechanics, bodywork, and painting is desirable. * Basic understanding of quality principles and production processes. * Driver’s license "B" is desirable; driver’s license "D" is a plus. * Familiarity with Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and Quality Management Systems (QMS) is a plus. **Additional Information** We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental care, chartered transportation, on-site meals, life insurance, and profit-sharing.
