Description **Mission**: Promote actions and assist in the implementation and management of processes that ensure patient safety, quality, and continuous improvement across Pronutrir units, based on recognized Brazilian guidelines such as ONA. * **Responsibilities**: * Know and work in accordance with the company's mission and values; * Actively contribute to international patient safety goals set by WHO; * Report situations that compromise patient safety; * Serve as a member of mandatory and improvement committees to which assigned; * Assist in building, managing, and analyzing strategic indicators; * Manage action plans for certification of oncology and nutrition units; * Evaluate and map production and service delivery processes to identify potential areas for improvement; * Assist in managing organizational documentation to support standardization; * Assist in process mapping; * Conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and jointly establish action plans with responsible coordinators; * Evaluate suppliers; * Deliver training on quality management and patient safety goals. * **Competencies**: * Work in alignment with Pronutrir’s values: Safety, Customer Focus, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree; * Experience in quality management, preferably related to certification; * Ethics; * Team spirit; * Good interpersonal skills; * Emotional balance; * Time management ability; * Customer-focused attention; * Proficiency in intermediate-level tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalents; * Proficiency in Tasy within relevant functional areas; * Organization: ability to execute tasks efficiently according to plan, track pending items, and provide timely feedback on task completion to requesters; * Initiative: act promptly in unexpected situations using sound judgment, problem-solving capability, or seeking appropriate assistance; * Reliability: work transparently Activity
