We are seeking a **Backend Python Developer Specialist** to board our spacecraft and together drive people and businesses forward through innovation. Location: Remote Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and evolve advanced agentic AI solutions applied to digital payments, financial workflow automation, and intelligent commerce. * Architect, develop, and evolve intelligent, autonomous agents based on LLMs capable of performing complex tasks securely, efficiently, and at scale. * Define and implement advanced agent orchestration architectures using LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure Foundry. * Design and optimize AI agent decision-making flows, memory, planning, reasoning, and execution. * Integrate agents with REST APIs of external systems, focusing on payment protocols, gateways, and financial services. * Handle authentication, authorization, tokenization, and security in payment integrations and sensitive systems. * Ensure end-to-end observability, including logging, tracing, metrics, and robust error handling. * Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers, promoting best practices, standardization, and team technical growth. * Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and compliance teams to define solutions and technical guidelines. * Write and review clean, resilient, scalable, and testable code, adhering to advanced engineering standards. * Actively contribute to strategic decisions related to AI, architecture, and technological innovation. . Mandatory Requirements: * Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and advanced agentic solution design. * Practical, in-depth experience with: LangChain; LangGraph; Building multi\-step and multi\-agent systems. * Proficiency in REST API integrations, especially within financial and payment contexts. * Robust experience with microservices and distributed architectures. * Advanced proficiency in Python (Node.js is a desirable plus). * Experience with RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation). * Knowledge of event\-driven architectures. * Hands-on experience with MLOps / LLMOps, including model/agent versioning, monitoring, and deployment. * High ability to tackle complex, ambiguous, and poorly structured problems. * Systems thinking and mature architectural vision. * Clear and effective communication in multidisciplinary environments. * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and technical ownership.
