Job Summary: A professional responsible for ensuring site security by carrying out preventive actions and inspections, maintaining courteous conduct, and proactively responding to incidents. Act in an overt manner to promote security **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed or ongoing high school education. * Up-to-date Security Guard Training Course. * Basic computer knowledge. * Availability for a 12x36 shift schedule. * Personal vehicle. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor the area to ensure site security, remaining attentive to the movement of people and vehicles. * Carry out preventive actions to maintain post security. * Conduct inspections within the post perimeter. * Maintain a firm yet courteous demeanor toward customers and their staff. * Provide any information or assistance requested by the immediate supervisor. * Act overtly to promote the security of people, facilities, and assets, deterring and preventing actions harmful to the client's interests—whether criminal or not—while complying with legal requirements. * Follow directives and procedures established for the assigned post. * Prepare daily reports for the assigned shift/post as stipulated by the company. * Assume custody responsibility for materials under one's charge (firearms, documentation, and post equipment). * Complete documents required to perform the function (e.g., guard logbook and time card). * In the event of an incident, act proactively according to established procedures, safeguarding one's own life and the property for which one is responsible. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **WORK LOCATION:** ITATIBA - SP Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: R$2.271,74 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
