Responsibilities * Lead projects from kickoff to closure, following ALTAVE’s Project Methodology. * Develop and maintain schedules, action plans, risk matrices, and other documentation. * Lead multidisciplinary squads. * Conduct weekly meetings with clients and internal teams. * Control change requests, scope, and pending items. * Monitor KPIs (SLA, costs, rework). * Ensure final project documentation. * Deliver clear, predictable, and structured executive communication. * Represent ALTAVE in critical meetings and strategic alignment sessions. * Lead high-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders. * Skillfully map and resolve conflicts. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Prior experience managing complex projects. * Intermediate technical knowledge of Networks, CCTV, Infrastructure, and AI Systems. * Experience managing teams and leadership. * Proficiency in project management tools (Planner, Gantt, Kanban). * Advanced English (emails, technical meetings, presentations). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and executive communication. * Willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: * PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or related certifications. * Experience working with corporate clients. * Hands-on technical delivery experience (fieldwork or technical coordination). * Postgraduate degree in project management or related fields.
