Application of quality tools and Lean Manufacturing **Mandatory Requirements:** \- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; \- Proficiency in computer applications (Office Suite and Intermediate Excel); \- Experience in Process, People, and Results Management; \- Knowledge of Quality Tools (MASP, Pareto, Control Charts, etc.); \- Availability to work rotating shifts; \- Residency in Maracanaú or nearby areas; \- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. **Desirable Requirements:** \- Experience in customer relationship management. **Responsibilities:** \- Ensure product and service production as specified, safely and with rational use of resources to achieve lower operational costs (operational excellence); \- Guarantee execution of process audits (production release checklist, setup, and process audits); \- Ensure achievement of inventory accuracy targets; \- Plan, negotiate, and implement identified training needs; \- Encourage participation in participative programs (Suggestion Program, Kaizen, etc.); \- Ensure timely closure of open non-conformities (NCs) within the department. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCD)** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$7\.500,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Education allowance * Profit-sharing program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal voucher
