Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards **OPEN POSITION – Production Leader / Supervisor** **Immediate Start** Metallurgical company located in **Jardim Inamar – Diadema/SP**, seeking a professional to work in the production area. **Location:** Diadema/SP Preferably reside in Diadema or nearby areas. **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM – rotating 6x1 schedule **Employment Type:** CLT – Permanent **Position Type:** Full-time **Salary:** To be negotiated **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead the production team during the shift; * Monitor employee performance; * Ensure achievement of targets and deadlines; * Guide and support the team in daily activities; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards; * Report results and incidents to supervision. **Requirements:** * Minimum of **6 months’ experience in this role** (mandatory); * Commitment; * Punctuality; * Strong communication skills for team leadership; * Organization and responsibility. **Benefits Offered by the Company:** * Transportation allowance; * **Attendance-based meal allowance:** R$ 180.00 * *(with R$ 30.00 deduction)* **Selection Question:** * Do you reside in Diadema or nearby areas? * Do you meet the job description?
