Lead and guide the production team, ensuring achievement of productivity, quality, and safety targets; 2. Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and foster a collaborative work environment; 3. Oversee the production process, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure proper use of resources; 4. Conduct daily briefings, communicate work instructions, and support operational training; 5. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and resolve production-line issues; 6. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements:** a) Completed high school education (technical or vocational training in the industrial field is desirable); b) Prior experience as a production leader, supervisor, or production inspector, preferably in the metallurgical or industrial sector; c) Knowledge of technical drawing interpretation and/or manufacturing processes is an advantage; d) Skills in people management and assertive communication; e) Organizational ability, proactivity, and results orientation. **We offer:** 1.
