We at SA Consultoria are looking for a professional to coordinate all factory production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and achievement of goals in accordance with Artesano's standards and values: proactivity, boldness, quality, reference, and excellence. **Main Responsibilities** Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production processes, ensuring the achievement of established targets. Supervise teams of leaders and operators, maintaining productive pace and product quality. Ensure proper use of materials, molds, and equipment, avoiding waste. Monitor productivity indicators, losses, absenteeism, and rework. Work closely with production planning (PCP) and shipping to ensure continuous manufacturing and delivery flow. Supervise compliance with safety regulations and PPE usage across all areas. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of machines and equipment. Conduct training and promote team development in production. Implement and maintain quality control, organization, and factory discipline processes. **Requirements** Previous experience in industrial production coordination. Technical or higher education in Industrial Production, Production Engineering, or related fields. Leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of production planning (PCP), inventory control, and maintenance. Good communication, organizational skills, and decision-making ability.
