Assist in operating, controlling, and monitoring the production process—from raw material receipt to final product delivery—in compliance with the company's required safety standards and legal requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive work orders or instructions from the supervisor or team leader regarding tasks to be performed; * Perform production procedures by operating equipment as required per area; * Be properly trained, qualified, and authorized by the supervisor/team leader to adjust and operate equipment under one's responsibility; * Inspect general equipment usage conditions and arrange necessary maintenance whenever required; * Feed, prepare, and adjust equipment under one's responsibility according to predetermined Standard Operating Procedures; * Perform low- and medium-complexity operational activities in the packaging area; * Maintain production cycle (pace) within established productivity targets; * Responsible for supplying workstations on the production floor; * Prepare and adjust equipment and machinery required for departmental activities; * Sort products and materials; * Responsible for organizing the workplace. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed elementary education.
