Ensuring quality and efficiency in production **EXPERIENCED MACHINING PRODUCTION ASSISTANT** **Location:** Industrial District – Indaiatuba/SP Exclusively for residents of the region. **Employment Type:** Permanent position Prior experience as a Machining Production Assistant in medium- and heavy-duty machining, non-serialized parts, and flexible working hours are required. **Main Responsibilities:** * Directly support production processes, including machining, sheet metal fabrication, and painting; * Perform assembly, technical adjustments, and organization of parts and equipment; * Ensure quality and efficiency in production line operations; * Handle hand tools, measuring instruments, and adjustment machines; * Follow technical instructions and workplace safety procedures. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in benchwork, assembly, and technical adjustments; * Completed high school education (Secondary level); * Knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers; * Prior experience as a bench assistant or in similar roles within an industrial environment; * Attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and commitment to quality; * Basic knowledge of occupational safety.
