Job Summary: The Production Assistant is responsible for palletizing mortar bags, supporting the sorting and assembly of pallets, and maintaining cleanliness in the production area, in accordance with production order specifications. Maintain cleanliness in the production area and on machinery, and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE). ➝ What are the duties and responsibilities for this position? - Review the daily production order; - Organize stamped packaging by expiration date and batch number according to the production order; - Insert packaging at the filler machine’s discharge point to contain the mortar; - Verify the packaging sealing process; - Perform sample weight checks on filled products, ensuring compliance with standard product weight; - Store packaged mortars on pallets, observing the maximum stacking volume of 100 units per pallet; - Seal fully loaded pallets with plastic stretch film; - Assist in order sorting and loading; - Comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures; use company-designated PPE as required; - Carry out tasks in accordance with established procedures and aligned with SGQ (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Policy requirements; - Report any detected deviations, unsafe behaviors, or unsafe conditions related to SGQ; - Respect and act in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan; - Comply with all Safety Standards – SGQ – Mission, Vision, and Values. ➝ What do we offer for this position? - Market-competitive salary - Unimed Health Plan (co-payment) - Life Insurance - TotalPass - Transparent environment with good interpersonal relationships On-site position at the headquarters in Ibaté/SP.
