Job Summary: Operates production machines, performs departmental tasks, supplies raw materials, and assists in machine programming and adjustment. Key Highlights: 1. Assisting in machine programming and adjustment * SHIFT AVAILABILITY: 9:00 PM TO 7:00 AM \- WILLINGNESS TO WORK OVERTIME Operates machines according to the production process for scheduled products; Performs all departmental tasks according to their specifications and the products to be manufactured and assembled, ensuring compliance with the production schedule. Supplies raw materials according to machine requirements and production planning. Directs manufactured products to appropriate locations according to their specifications. Assists in machine programming when necessary, adjusting parameters per the process sheet. Assists in adjusting machine components and devices, positioning them according to production standards, quality requirements, and raw material specifications to bring them into operation. Counts products and assembles kits, visually inspecting products and packaging them accordingly. Assembles parts according to production line specifications, manufacturing orders, and supervision instructions. Immediately informs supervisors of any changes in production, machines, or devices requiring corrective action. Cleans the workplace according to internal procedures. Complies with Quality and Occupational Safety guidelines and regulations. Performs other related duties as directed by immediate supervision.
