Job Summary: A professional responsible for organizing, preparing, assisting in production, inspecting, and packaging products while maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and preparation of raw materials and products 2. Assistance in furnace, machine, and equipment operations 3. Quality inspection and product packaging **Responsibilities:** Organize, select, and weigh the raw materials required for production, work-in-process items, and finished products, according to Work Instructions; Perform product preparation, mixing, and cooling in accordance with standardized procedures; Assist with furnace operations; Assist in operating and monitoring production machines and equipment as instructed and per Work Instructions; Assist in inspecting work-in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality standards, reporting any deviations from standards to supervisors; Package products according to specified requirements and Work Instructions; Maintain a clean and organized workplace, adhering to safety and hygiene regulations; Complete the cleaning checklist as performed; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) permanent position Compensation: R$1\.918,00 \- R$1\.928,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Education allowance * Free parking * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
