




Job Summary: Responsible for supporting activities in the seed processing process, assisting with quality, safety, planning, and operational execution. Key Highlights: 1. Support seed processing activities at the Corn Breeding Seed Unit 2. Assist in developing and implementing work procedures 3. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the area Responsible for supporting activities in the seed processing process at the Corn Breeding Seed Unit in Itumbiara/GO. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the development, review, and implementation of work instructions, procedures, and process orders; * Assist in meeting company quality standards and safety policies; * Support planning and execution of departmental activities across different shifts; * Support leadership in organizing and monitoring teams (permanent and temporary staff); * Record process data to support report generation and KPI tracking; * Support implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions to minimize safety and quality deviations; * Participate in and support periodic safety and quality dialogues; * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the area; * Support use of Augmentir (Process Control System) in daily operations; * Provide support to supervision activities during harvest and off-season periods. **Job Qualification** Education – Completed high school, currently pursuing higher education, or completed bachelor’s degree; Experience in seed production; Teamwork skills, commitment, and accountability; Availability to work rotating shifts; Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Outlook).
