As a Production Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring project execution, ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost. Monitor and develop activities in the field of Civil Engineering, involving project development, construction control, and identification of improvements in scheduling and physical progress, aiming to prepare for the planned professional role and enhance knowledge of the company's business, products, or services. **Responsibilities and duties** * Determine quantities of inputs and services by reviewing executive project designs and procedures, with the purpose of requesting them accordingly. * Request materials and services through specific software, using correct inputs and descriptions according to technical standards and requirements, to ensure timely supply for the project. * Verify service execution through FVS (service verification sheets), POs (service execution procedures), and technical drawings, ensuring work is carried out as designed. * Monitor input consumption and the quantity of completed services using specific software and project budgets, comparing planned versus actual performance. * Record contractor measurements via specific software to enable supplier payments within contractually agreed timelines. * Check, using the milestone schedule, whether work fronts are meeting previously established targets, minimizing potential delays in service completion. * Verify that production teams are staffed according to predefined levels, reporting any deviations to production coordination. * Maintain departmental indicators, conducting relevant analyses for performance measurement to improve overall performance. * Guide and support Assistants in their tasks whenever requested. * Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture * 1 year or more in this role or related functions **Additional information** Here at Vitta, we have one goal: **fulfilling dreams and transforming people's lives.** Over the past 10 years, we've become part of many people's stories—whether clients who achieved homeownership or employees who share our drive to innovate.
