




**JOB MISSION** Act as **technical support in materials and protective products**, ensuring that all Vectra Work PPE and garments meet the **technical, regulatory, and certification requirements** demanded by CABs and regulatory bodies. Will be responsible for **evaluating materials, conducting laboratory analyses, and monitoring processes**, supporting the development and certification of new products with a **critical, analytical approach focused on performance and safety.** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Engage in the **technical development of products**, evaluating physical, chemical, and mechanical properties of materials; · Support **PPE certification** with **CABs and MTE**, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, reports, and assessments; · Monitor **laboratory tests** (internal and external), ensuring compliance with national and international standards (ABNT, ISO, EN, ASTM, ANSI, NFPA); · Critically analyze test results, reports, and deviations, proposing **improvements in formulation, design, or process**; · Conduct comparative material studies and develop supporting **technical documentation**; · Collaborate with **Product, Quality, and Production teams**, translating regulatory requirements into manufacturing and control parameters; · Participate in certification and follow-up audits with conformity assessment bodies; **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** **Education:** Materials Engineering (preferred), with emphasis on polymers and composites; **Experience:** Experience in product development within industry (preferably PPE, technical textiles, polymers, or industrial equipment); Knowledge in: · **Mechanical and thermal behavior of materials** (metals, polymers, composites, rubbers, technical fabrics); · **Transformation and finishing processes** (injection, molding, extrusion, surface treatment, vulcanization, lamination, etc.); · Interpretation and analysis of **test reports and compliance results**. Proficiency in technical documentation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
