




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing procurement, inventory, and suppliers, with a focus on cost reduction and continuous improvement of procurement processes. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management and demand trend analysis · Obtain quotations from a minimum of three suppliers for each procurement. · Analyze material requirements planning (MRP) or similar reports. · Evaluate and select suppliers based on technical and commercial criteria. · Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms. · Define and review inventory policies (minimum, maximum, safety stock, and reorder point). · Manage inventory levels to ensure balance between cost and availability. · Analyze historical consumption and demand trends. · Issue and track purchase orders until delivery. · Develop and qualify new suppliers. · Monitor departmental KPIs (e.g., savings, inventory turnover, service level, etc.). · Prepare managerial reports and strategic analyses. · Drive cost reduction and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
