Collaboration with engineering, production, and quality departments Develop, implement, and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality in machinery manufacturing—from conception through execution. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and document production processes, detailing step-by-step manufacturing and assembly procedures for machinery. * Conduct technical analyses to identify process improvements, optimizing time, resources, and costs. * Participate in prototype development and validation of production processes. * Ensure processes comply with applicable quality standards and technical regulations. * Monitor process execution on the shop floor, providing technical support to teams. * Identify production bottlenecks and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency. * Collaborate with other departments (Engineering, Production, Quality) to align processes and objectives. * Develop and review technical manuals and work instructions. * Train operators and technicians on newly implemented processes and technologies. * Monitor process performance and generate reports with key performance indicators (KPIs). **Requirements:** * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Processes, or related fields. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools (CAD/CAM). * Knowledge of machining, assembly, and machinery manufacturing. * Familiarity with technical standards and best manufacturing practices. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies. * Certifications in process or quality management. Reside in Indaiatuba or Salto.
