Job Details: What You’ll Do: * Enable manufacturability of new products and/or modifications to current products using DFAM, process flows, PFMEA, control plans, and operational procedures according to project planning; * Execute and validate implementation of new production processes; * Conceive, enable, design, plan, execute, and validate improvements to existing processes that significantly impact strategic indicators related to Safety, Quality, OEE%, Productivity, and Waste Reduction; * Consistently use data analysis (preferably statistical) as the basis for decision-making; * Actively participate in industrial operations recovery events. * Conduct productive capacity analyses, line balancing, and time-and-motion studies. What We Expect From You: * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields; * Knowledge of quality tools and Lean methodologies; * Experience in plastic injection processes; * Intermediate English proficiency. Work Location: * Sorocaba (On-site work model). Working Hours: * 8:00 AM to 5:16 PM.
