Process Assistant

Description

We are seeking a committed, organized professional with a willingness to learn to join our beer manufacturing area. The Process Assistant I will support production activities, ensuring proper process operation, sector organization, and compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Assist in brewing, cellar, and beer filtration activities; * Supply malt to the milling process; * Operate and power instrument panels as directed by leadership; * Portion raw materials and CIP products; * Complete process sheets and operational controls; * Perform cleaning and organization of the sector; * Collect, dose, and discard yeast according to process requirements; * Clean tanks and equipment internally and externally; * Request materials from the warehouse; * Collect and record tank temperature and pressure; * Support compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Availability for operational work in an industrial environment; Desired Competencies * Organization and attention to detail; * Proactivity and responsibility; * Strong communication skills and teamwork; * Agility and commitment; * Ability to follow operational procedures; * Resilience and willingness for continuous learning.
