Description

Responsible for controlling the entry and exit of people, vehicles, and materials within the company's premises, ensuring security and providing good service to employees, visitors, and service providers. Acts preventively by monitoring movements and maintaining order on site. Main Responsibilities: Control access of employees, visitors, and suppliers, recording entries and exits. Identify and authorize visitors according to internal procedures. Receive correspondence and forward it to the responsible departments. Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic at the reception area. Ensure the safety and maintenance of areas under their responsibility. Report incidents and abnormal situations to the immediate supervisor. Keep the workplace clean and organized. Requirements: Completed elementary education (high school preferred). Previous experience in porter, watchman, or access control roles. Good communication skills and professional demeanor.
