**Location: Eusebio (MUST RESIDE IN EUSEBIO OR AQUIRAZ)** **Schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off** We are seeking a committed, punctual, and customer-oriented Daytime Doorman to manage access control for people and vehicles, ensuring security and smooth operations at the site. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor entry and exit of residents, visitors, and service providers; * Maintain security and order in the premises; * Complete daily logs and reports as required; * Adhere to company and site-specific internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in this role (minimum 1 year); * Completed elementary education (minimum); * Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; * Ability to interact effectively with the public; * Basic knowledge of doorman duties and asset security. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Training courses in doorman/vigilance fields; * Familiarity with electronic access control systems.
