Experience in concierge or access control is desirable **Job Description:** Responsible for controlling access for residents, visitors, and service providers, ensuring the security and organization of the condominium. Works at the front desk to register entries and exits, receive mail, provide telephone support, and monitor via CCTV. Must maintain a professional demeanor, deliver friendly service to all, and strictly follow internal procedures established by management. **Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers; * Monitor vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit; * Receive and forward mail and packages; * Complete incident reports and logbooks; * Maintain friendly service and professional demeanor with all stakeholders. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency with computerized systems; * Prior experience as a doorman or access controller, preferably in remote/virtual concierge roles; * Knowledge of monitoring systems will be considered an advantage; * Basic computer skills and familiarity with concierge systems (desirable).
