




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for reception, access control, security patrols, and filling out the incident logbook, ensuring the organization and security of the premises. Filling out and monitoring the incident logbook. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Reception and Access Control:** * Receive residents, visitors, employees, suppliers, and service providers, controlling the entry and exit of people and materials in the company/condominium premises; * Announce the presence of visitors and service providers and authorize their entry upon confirmation from the person being visited; * Register visitor and service provider data in manual or system-based logs for entry; * Manage special entries (e.g., judicial officers, real estate agents, ambulances) according to established procedures; * Provide telephone support; * Record employee entry times according to assigned workstations, verifying and reporting team attendance to the Operations Desk; * Perform predefined tasks and actions as specified in procedures, based on client-specific requests and requirements. **Patrols:** * Conduct visible and periodic patrols throughout all common areas of the worksite; * Monitor and supervise movement of people and vehicles; * Provide public assistance by supplying information and guiding circulation within the client's facilities. **Incident Logbook:** * Correctly complete and sign the incident logbook at the end of each shift; * Review and sign, at the start of each shift, the entries recorded by the previous shift’s staff in the incident logbook, acknowledging reported incidents; * Align site-related information and events with the area leader or supervisor. **Internal Regulations:** * Maintain full knowledge of the Internal Regulations / Condominium Bylaws to consistently make correct decisions regarding front-desk duties. ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Completed elementary education. * Minimum experience in front-desk and/or security roles. ### **BENEFITS** * Meal allowance; * Food voucher; * Transportation allowance. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
