If you identify with our brand and wish to join us, grow with us. * Ensure store profitability by managing budget and cost of goods sold (COGS). * Ensure food safety of products to guarantee operational and brand quality. * Maintain merchandise inventory by conducting physical counts, planning and placing corresponding orders with suppliers to sustain required stock levels for store operations. * Responsible for preparing staff work schedules. * Contribute to the development and motivation of the store team by collaborating with the Trainee Manager, participating in hiring and termination decisions, conducting performance evaluations, and designing training programs to foster team growth and maintain a pleasant, healthy work environment. * Conduct staff meetings to guide and direct the team toward achieving expected results. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Prior experience in fast-food management.
