We seek committed professionals who wish to actively participate in and contribute to the company’s growth. Responsibilities: Prepare concrete and metallic surfaces for painting. Prepare paints, fillers, pigments, and solvents by mixing them in appropriate quantities. Perform manual painting, airless spray painting, or other painting techniques. Control the thickness of the applied wet film. Estimate materials required for various jobs and procure missing items to prevent delays and service interruptions. Remove materials and waste generated during service execution, treating them appropriately before disposal if necessary. Ensure individual and collective safety by using appropriate protective equipment. Maintain custody, maintenance, preservation, and cleanliness of equipment, tools, and work materials. Preferred qualifications: Experience operating airless pumps Experience applying intumescent paint Experience applying thermal roof paint Experience preparing substrates and applying self-leveling and anti-slip floor coatings Experience preparing substrates and applying polyurethane Experience performing façade painting on buildings using suspended scaffolding (bosun’s chair) Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$140.00 per day Benefits: * Vale-transporte Selection questions: * Do you have experience as an industrial painter? * Do you hold a valid driver’s license?
