Job Summary: A pharmacist responsible for full pharmacy management, from inventory and medication control to technical and humanized customer service and team supervision. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with legislation and sanitary regulations **PHARMACIST** **BAURU/SP** **Responsibilities**: Receive and inspect medications and other products; Ensure proper medication storage, including temperature control, and maintain organized inventory; Supervise compliance with sanitary surveillance regulations and maintain controlled medication records; Submit controlled medication reports to the SNGPC system; Monitor product expiration dates; Advise customers on correct medication use, including over-the-counter medicines (OTCs); Verify validity of medical prescriptions and feasibility of drug interchangeability; Provide services such as blood pressure measurement, glucose testing, and injectable administration; Deliver technical and humanized service to ensure treatment safety and efficacy; Supervise and train the pharmacy team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service; Maintain pharmacy premises organization and cleanliness; Assist in managing other pharmacy services; Ensure pharmacy compliance with current legislation and sanitary regulations; Organize and structure prescription records in the SNGPC system. **Requirements**: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and active registration with the Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF); Experience as a pharmacist in pharmacies/drugstores, including team supervision; Knowledge of inventory control, proper medication storage, and expiration management; Organization; Attention to detail; Responsibility; Good communication skills; Empathy. **Compensation**: R$4\.722,00 \+ 20% Hazard Pay \+ Performance Bonus (after 3 months). **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM; Alternate Sundays (according to schedule).
