If you have a generalist mindset, love launching projects into the world, and understand that real HR goes far beyond process, join us. **Responsibilities and Duties** **How This Role Operates at Goomer** In practice, you will be responsible for: **Leadership of the People Team** * Lead the day-to-day operations of the HR team, ensuring rhythm, quality, and continuous development * Serve as the team’s operational reference and focal point for tactical-operational management * Support new hires’ onboarding and foster autonomy within the team **HR Administration and Benefits** * Oversee and review HR administration routines (hiring, termination, vacations, time tracking, benefits) with the dedicated Analyst * Ensure labor compliance and interface with accounting, unions, and legal departments when necessary * Manage contracts with benefits providers and support employees with operational questions **Recruitment and Onboarding** * Lead the recruitment and selection (R&S) process alongside the responsible Analyst—from job briefing to closing—ensuring SLA adherence, quality, and a positive candidate experience through onboarding * Support defining role profiles, case studies, competency-based interviews, and structured feedback delivery * Contribute to improving the selection process and strengthening Goomer’s employer brand **HR Projects and Processes** * Design, structure, and execute end-to-end strategic HR processes and projects * Map and document processes to reduce rework and enable scalability for the team * Support developing and managing internal policies **Culture, Climate, and Internal Communication** * Support executing the internal activities calendar, events, and endomarketing initiatives alongside the Analyst * Contribute to climate and culture initiatives with an execution-oriented approach and tangible impact on Goomer people **Governance and Metrics** * Support Management in maintaining governance rituals (4DX, team meetings, goal follow-ups) * Contribute to organizing and consolidating HR metrics for reporting and decision-making * Ensure timely, high-quality recurring metric reporting to Management **AI Usage in the People Team** For this position, we seek someone who already uses (or is willing to rapidly adopt) AI tools in daily HR work: * **Processes and documentation:** Using AI to map, write, and optimize HR processes—from internal policies to onboarding workflows—prioritizing clarity, traceability, and speed. * **HR projects:** Leveraging AI to structure projects, generate timelines, analyze benchmarks, and produce internal communications more swiftly and consistently. * **People metrics and data:** Exploring and interpreting HR data with AI support, accelerating the collection-analysis-decision cycle on strategic HR topics. * **Performance evaluation:** Coordinating current AI usage in structuring evaluation cycles, synthesizing qualitative feedback, and identifying team development patterns. * **Recruitment and selection:** Interview summarization, job description generation, AI-assisted screening, and cultural fit analysis using LLMs to accelerate hiring cycles. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What ingredients must your recipe include to succeed?** To excel in this role, we expect you to have: * Solid experience as a Generalist HR professional, with hands-on expertise in HR Administration, R&S, Training & Development, HR Business Partnering, and climate/culture initiatives * Experience leading HR people and processes * Experience as an HRBP or in a partnering role with leaders and managers * Autonomous execution capability: You create, structure, and deliver projects without requiring micromanagement * Familiarity with agile environments, startups, or SaaS technology companies, understanding their pace and adaptability requirements * Proficiency with digital HR tools (ATS, HR management platforms, asynchronous communication tools) * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields * Experience in startups and/or technology companies **The Cherry on Top** Ingredients not mandatory but that could make your recipe even more complete: * Experience with Slack, Gupy, Feedz, Notion, and/or Claude Coworking * Knowledge of 4DX methodology, OKRs, or goal-based management * This opportunity is fully remote, though residing in Sorocaba or nearby is a plus, as the team occasionally meets in person for events and rituals * Experience in food tech companies If you feel you don’t meet all the requirements for this role, we still encourage you to apply.
