Among the concessionaire’s responsibilities are station expansion and revitalization, upgrading existing infrastructure, and eliminating level crossings—ensuring greater safety and comfort for passengers.** **Trivia joins to contribute to the transformation of urban mobility, promoting more efficient and accessible public transportation in São Paulo.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, submit your application and feel free to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on permanent way using appropriate techniques to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems under responsibility, always keeping supervision informed of difficulties encountered and requesting guidance to resolve them; * Ensure proper conservation of materials and tools by guaranteeing their cleanliness and correct usage according to technical specifications, thereby extending their service life and maintaining operational efficiency; * Strictly comply with internal safety regulations, using recommended Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and contributing suggestions to eliminate or reduce risks that could compromise workers’ physical integrity; * Continuously monitor the operational condition of equipment and systems, collecting and analyzing data, and overseeing grass cutting, weed control, pest management, as well as conducting visual inspections, physical measurements, and geometric measurements; * Perform specific technical tasks such as welding (including thermite and electric welding), machining, boiler-making, and mechanical system maintenance, as well as assembly, disassembly, replacement, and adjustment of parts and components; * Operate various types of machinery and equipment—including forklifts, locomotive-tractors, road-rail vehicles, aerial work platforms, lathes, drills, milling machines, presses, saws, and torches—as well as performing painting, cleaning, lubrication, and defect identification tasks. * Assist in train and vehicle shunting operations, building maintenance services, and permanent way maintenance (e.g., sleeper, rail, and ballast replacement), topographic surveys, and implementation of new systems and equipment; * Propose improvements to projects and procedures aimed at enhancing system performance and safety, and supervise third-party contractors to ensure efficient execution of established maintenance plans. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Education: Elementary school completion; * Experience or practical knowledge of permanent way maintenance; * Driver’s license Category B. **Desirable Requirement:** * Driver’s license Category D; * Measurement techniques, interpretation of engineering drawings and project documentation.
