Execution of finishing work and maintenance with a focus on safety Constructing, renovating, and repairing masonry, concrete, and cladding structures, ensuring technical quality, adherence to deadlines, and workplace safety. **Main Responsibilities** * **Service Preparation:** organize tools, equipment, and materials required for daily tasks. * **Drawing Interpretation:** interpret plans, sections, and technical details from engineering/architecture drawings. * **Structural and Masonry Work:** * Lay blocks and bricks, aligning and leveling walls. * Construct columns, beams, slabs, and foundations in concrete. * Assemble wooden or metallic formwork for concrete pouring. * **Finishing Work:** * Prepare and apply mortar, scratch coat, plaster, and screed. * Install ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, stone, and glazed tiles. * Perform cladding, grouting, and finishing repairs. * **Maintenance:** carry out minor repairs on existing walls, floors, and structures. * **Safety:** strictly comply with occupational safety regulations and use mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE). * **Team Support:** guide construction assistants and support other roles as needed.
