Job Summary: Payroll Department Assistant with experience in accounting offices to manage payroll processing, hiring, termination, vacation, and legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience with payroll department routines in accounting offices 2. Comprehensive knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Union Agreements 3. Proficiency in e-Social and payroll systems such as Onvio or similar Payroll Department Assistant \- 1350 Responsibilities: * Payroll Closing: Perform monthly payroll closing, including calculation of pro-labore, statutory contributions (INSS, FGTS, IRRF), and eSocial submission. * Employment Lifecycle Management: Manage hiring and termination processes (recordkeeping, notices, and statutory deadlines). * Vacation and Leaves: Calculate and track vacation balances and leave periods. * Client Support: Provide direct client support and guidance on labor-related matters. * Annual Tasks: Handle annual requirements such as the 13th salary and collective vacations. * Compliance: Monitor Collective Bargaining Agreements and legal updates, and provide support regarding occupational health and safety mandatory deadlines and documentation. Essential Requirements: * **Solid experience with payroll department routines, with specialized expertise in accounting offices.** * **Proficiency in Sistema Dominio** * Comprehensive knowledge of the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT), Collective Bargaining Agreements, and Union Agreements. * Experience across all payroll department functions: payroll closing, hiring, termination, benefits administration, and time tracking. * Proficiency in e\-Social and payroll systems (such as Onvio or similar).
