




Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented pastry chef for the production and decoration of cakes, pies, and desserts, with an emphasis on impeccable quality and presentation. Teamwork and suggestions for new recipes We are looking for a person to join our restaurant’s pastry department — creative, detail-oriented, and eager to become part of our team! The professional will be responsible for producing and decorating cakes, pies, desserts, and other bakery items, always prioritizing quality, flavor, and impeccable presentation. Additionally, they must assist in organizing and cleaning the pastry area and ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM\. Main responsibilities: ° Produce and decorate cakes, pies, desserts, and other bakery items. ° Ensure product quality and presentation. ° Organize and clean the pastry area, maintaining order and hygiene. ° Monitor inventory of products and ingredients, and suggest new recipes and techniques. ° Collaborate as part of a team to meet the restaurant’s and events’ demands. Requirements: ° Prior experience as a pastry chef; ° Proficiency in cake and dessert decoration; ° Creativity and attention to detail, including familiarity with the restaurant’s standard recipes; ° Knowledge of pastry and decoration techniques; ° Organization, responsibility, and commitment to work.
