We look forward to meeting you and welcoming your talent to our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Ensure monitoring of assets, employees, and visitors; monitor and prevent suspicious or illegal activities; guarantee order and compliance with internal regulations. * Conduct periodic visual patrols of facilities to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities. * Identify and report hazardous situations or unsafe conditions, taking preventive actions to avoid accidents or incidents. * Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations such as fires, accidents, or unauthorized intrusions, following established procedures. * Collaborate with public security forces in cases of crimes or disturbances. * Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, occurrences, and other relevant information. * Complete incident reports and inform supervisors of any significant incidents. * Provide courteous and professional assistance to employees, visitors, and service providers, offering information and guidance when needed. * Assist in organizing and managing internal events. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in monitoring or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of computer systems and electronic surveillance equipment. * Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. **Additional Information** Shift Schedule: 4x1 – Part-time coverage at 6:00 AM, 12:00 PM, 6:00 PM, and 12:00 AM Salary: BRL 1,912.07 Work Location: 12 minutes from Vila Olímpia Station on Line 09 (Emerald) Meal Allowance: BRL 24.50 per working day Transportation Allowance: Round-trip Corporate Life Insurance Profit Sharing Program (PLR) Welcome to GSS Segurança, where we build a professional and reputable company, ready to save the day for our clients!
